Terms of service

PV LAB offers prepaid creative credits and monthly subscriptions through secure Stripe Checkout. Credits are issued after successful payment confirmation, not just after a browser redirect. Model availability and pricing are shown before generation. Sandbox credits are separate from live purchased credits.

1. Provider and scope

These terms describe PV LAB’s hosted creative tools, accounts and credit purchases when available. Any purchase is subject to the offer and total price shown at checkout and applicable mandatory consumer rights. We provide the service in English.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and entitled to use the content you submit. Keep your sign-in secure and contact us about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but these terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorised use.

3. Orders, prices and delivery

Before payment, checkout shows the product, currency, total payable and, for a subscription, the billing interval. You can review and correct your details before placing the order. A paid order is accepted when successful payment is confirmed and the purchase confirmation is issued. Keep your confirmation and receipt.

Credits are delivered to the purchasing Lab account after confirmed successful payment. Returning to the site from checkout alone is not proof of payment. If a payment is complete but credits are missing, contact support with the receipt instead of paying again. Prices and any applicable tax treatment are shown before you pay. Where the German small-business exemption applies, invoices state: Umsatzsteuerbefreit gemäß § 19 UStG.

4. Credits and generation

A generation displays or confirms its credit charge before submission. The charge is reserved while the job runs. A confirmed failed job returns the reserved credits once; an interrupted job with an uncertain provider status needs reconciliation before a return is determined. Contact support with the job reference if it remains unresolved.

Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Purchased credits currently have no automatic expiry. This does not exclude statutory refund or withdrawal rights. AI output can vary, contain errors or fail to meet a particular creative expectation. Review results before publication or commercial use; no specific artistic result, uniqueness or intellectual-property protection is guaranteed.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

If offered, a subscription renews at the price and interval shown in checkout until cancelled. Each confirmed paid cycle supplies its stated credits. Use Credits → Manage subscription for billing and cancellation, or visit our cancellation page if you cannot access it. Your cancellation confirmation states the effective date. Cancelling future renewal is separate from requesting a refund or exercising withdrawal rights. Closing a Lab account does not by itself cancel a subscription.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights you hold in your uploads. You give us permission to store, transmit and process them only as needed to provide your requested features, maintain the service and comply with law. The selected generation or training provider also processes the relevant inputs. We do not acquire ownership of your uploads or permission to use private images in advertising simply because you use the service.

Only submit material you are entitled to use. Identity training requires the depicted adult’s permission. Do not use PV LAB for illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, unlawful threats or infringement of another person’s rights. We may restrict a job or account where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal requirements. Contact support to request review.

7. Storage and account closure

The current account upload limit is 20 GiB. Unused source uploads may be removed after 24 hours. Saved results remain in your private gallery until deletion or account closure, subject to service availability and lawful restrictions. Download copies of important work; PV LAB is not a permanent backup service.

Before closing an account, download your files, cancel recurring billing and let running jobs finish. Studio’s Credits → Storage and account provides the closure request. Creative access closes immediately; queued cleanup checks billing and removes Lab creative content. Necessary accounting and dispute records are retained separately. Shared Parallel Vision sign-in and Nina accounts require a separate deletion request. See customer support and the privacy policy.

8. Refunds and problems

Email us about duplicate charges, missing credits, defective service or refunds. Include the receipt or job reference and your account email. A credit returned after a failed generation is different from a refund to your payment method. Refunds and disputes may temporarily pause purchases or generation while the balance is reconciled; billing management remains available. Statutory remedies for defective digital products remain available.

9. Consumer withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its conclusion without giving a reason. To exercise this right, tell Alejandro Molinari at the postal or email address above clearly that you wish to withdraw. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the form below, but it is not required.

On withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Associated service credits will be reversed. These terms alone do not constitute a request for early performance or a waiver of your withdrawal right.

10. Responsibility and applicable law

Mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and statutory consumer rights, is not excluded or limited by these terms. German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or remove accrued rights. Material changes affecting an ongoing contract will be communicated and handled as required by law. Questions and complaints can be sent to contact@parallelvisionlabel.com.
