Cancel a subscription

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It is different from withdrawing from a purchase or requesting a monetary refund.

Manage your subscription

For an active PV LAB account, visit your billing page and choose Manage subscription to access Stripe's cancellation controls. The current plan is configured to cancel at the end of its billing period unless a mandatory legal right requires otherwise.

Request cancellation without account access

You may also send a cancellation notice to contact@parallelvisionlabel.com. Include your subscription or receipt reference, the email used for the subscription, the requested cancellation date and a contact email for the confirmation. Do not send payment-card information.

For a refund or statutory withdrawal, use withdrawal information or customer support.
